Booking Sessions
When you book an appointment, you will receive a confirmation text with the address and directions.
Walk-ins are not available; same-day appointments may be available, but I get booked up fast, so scheduling ahead of time is recommended.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
For individuals needing my services outside of normal business hours, I’m flexible and can cater to you.
After hours are Monday through Friday between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and all day Saturday and Sunday.
There is an additional after-hours fee of $15 per session.
I am an energy healer and therapeutic body worker, and I incorporate many different modalities for the area at hand.
Deep tissue body work consists of accupressure, myofascial release, and petrissage, kneading, stillness, cross-fiber, etc.
I also specialize in pelvic floor massage for both males and females.
Modest Pricing
Therapeutic deep tissue is $125. an hr, $187. For 90 minutes.
For any relaxation body work, I would recommend Lomi Lomi.
This work stems from traditional Hawaiian massage. Working with music from tribes around the world, my hands don’t stop moving to the rhythm and frequencies of the music.
Using long effleurage strokes along the entire body in numerous directions at once, with medium to very light pressure, creates an awesome feeling of having to give in and relax. This allows your body to release tight muscles and clogged lymph nodes without any pain or deep tissue work.
Lomi Lomi is $125 an hour, or $187 for 90 minutes.
I can incorporate the two as well by bringing therapeutic techniques into the Lomi Lomi, creating a combination of relaxation and therapy.
For the combination of both, it’s $140 an hour, $210 for 90 minutes.
I am also a Reiki practitioner, sound healer, offering spiritual and life journey sessions. The base price for these sessions is $100 per hour.
Appointment Times
Please note that my office is inside Hillcrest Business Center on Overland by Orchard in Boise.

Park in the front of the building as you will come into entrance A with the sliding doors.
Do not be early, just be on time.
The doors to my office building are locked on the weekends and between the hrs of 6:00 pm and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.
If your appointment is after hours, text when you arrive. Do not come in until I come down and open the doors for you.
If your appointment is within the hours 8:00 am- 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, come up to my office door, Ste 222. Please do not knock on the door, text me you’re here, and I will be with you A.S.A.P.
Please use the restroom before your appointment. There’s one restroom on each level of the building, by the elevators.
If you are a new client, please know your first appointment will be longer with paperwork, history, dressing down, and back up.

I will send you a confirmation text with all the info you’ll need. But first, please text me your first and last name, any allergies you may have, and what kind of therapy you would like.
Massage therapy for therapeutic purposes is not always clear-cut. When everything is planned and not hurried, everyone feels better.
I make every attempt to be on time. Sometimes, I DO run over on time, so in the unlikely event this happens, thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
